Being born and raised in the Bronx, NY survival often came before dreams. Growing up we made some awesome memories but for sure life was anything but easy. My mother, a single parent, battled drug addiction for much of my life, and our home was often filled with uncertainty. Yet even in the midst of chaos, God was planting seeds in my heart. At the age of 10, I encountered the life-changing truth of the Gospel and accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. That moment became a turning point—not just spiritually, but emotionally and mentally—as I began to understand that I was not alone, and that my life had purpose beyond my circumstances.

When I was 15, my family relocated to North Jersey. After a couple months of being in the shelter system and sleeping sometimes in our mom’s vehicle with 5 of us kids and my mom. That move marked a significant transition, not only geographically but spiritually, as I began to take on more responsibility in ministry and deepen my walk with the Lord. Over the years, God opened doors for me to serve in various capacities, eventually leading to a decade-long role as an assistant pastor in Queens, NY. Those ten years were filled with opportunities to preach, counsel, disciple, and build lasting relationships with people from all walks of life.

Now, my family and I have been called to Atlantic City, NJ, where we are planting a new church—Atlantic City Baptist Church. Our mission is simple but powerful: to share the hope of the Gospel, connect meaningfully with the community, and be a consistent source of encouragement and support to those around us. We believe that God has great things in store for this city, and we’re honored to be part of His work here. Whether through outreach, worship, or simply lending a helping hand, we look forward to serving Atlantic City with love, humility, and purpose.
